rev:text	Where do I begin? I wrote all my prior diseases and current things I was being treated for prior to my visit for the dentist. I was being seen for an infected broken tooth I was in a ton of pain garcia the dentist I saw stated I needed to have a tootj extraction but also do a deep clean as well.. He wouldn't extract the tooth till he put me on a week of penicillin. After coming back for the deep clean they said I had to get before my extraction..I was set up and they begin right away with the nitrous but I noticed something different in this office from my last dentist the nitrous wasn't cominh out right and told the assistant she assured me everything was fine..She continued to do the deep clean then the pain became unbearable to where I passed out...Mind you I have CRPS and can only handle 15 mins at a time max for work due to my pain tollerence. So we had to stop and set up an appointment for the extraction and put off the deep clean they stated I really needed...So I set up an appointment with the oral surgeon the following week I saw Kehani and she told me why I didn't fast for surgery? I explained to her that garcia said this was supposed to be a simple too extraction with nitrous...She had then told me that wasn't the case and that the roots were in my sinus and had to be removed right away..We came up with a game plan to try nitrous along with some other steriods and meds through IV. So we began the nitrous mask broke and she tried to fix it by using tape the the plug came off so hwr assistant literally had to use her hand to cover the hole to make sure I was getting enough laughing gas...Still wasn't working so she really had no choice but to continue..She numbed me as best as she could but it just seemed like THIS OFFICE DID NOT HAVE THE PROPER TOOLS AND SAFETY PROCEDURES IN PLACE for her to do her job...Even after post-op. I had asked for pain meds to help with the extensive pain they would only give me 3 day supply for a procedure that take 14 days to heal! I had to continue to follow my surgeon and had to go to the ER 2x to control pain.. I also was discharged from this office because no one wanted to follow up care and wanted only the surgeon to see me from here on out...This office is NOT AWARE ON HOW TO DEAL WITH COMPLICATIONS OF A PATIENT NOR DO THEY HAVE THE PROPER EQUIPMENT...Safety should be the number one priority here.. If you are going to treat a patient with no tollerence to pain know what you are doing! Do not lie and say you are aware of a certain disease and know what the procedure is when you did none of the sort.. I felt this office was dangerous and should not be in practice.. I hope I heal soon and never have to go through this NIGHTMARE AGAIN...
