| - I was in yesterday, Sunday 12/10 when the store opened at 8A, and the girl who helped me initially was rude. Short with long straight hair. I asked to see some earrings in the locked case and she was clearly annoyed by the tone in her voice and body language. I pointed to the ones I wanted to see, said that I would take them, asked to see another pair, and said I'd take second pair. She then shut the case and didn't even ask if I'd like to see anything else! She just took them and walked off not saying anything. While I happened to know the drill, and that she was taking them to the service desk while I continued to shop, she shouldn't have assumed I knew that, and she should have said something to me. But not a word. She had me annoyed at that point so I didn't feel like shopping anymore, so I made my way back to the front of the store to pay for the earrings, and passed her, now in a much better mood, giggling with the security guard in the men's dept. She must hate when paying customers interrupt social hour with her co-workers. On a positive note. The young lady who checked me out was very friendly.
