  • Really enjoyed my California style burger! The food was a solid B+. That being said, the customer service was a 2/10. Canadians are usually very friendly overall, but these employees didn't seem to really care to use simple words like "thank you" and "please." To make matters worse, 2 employees did NOT use gloves while handling the food and when asked to wash their hands and put on gloves they stressed they washed their hands and that it's clean. I'm sorry, I'm all about cleanliness when it comes to the preparation of my food. I'll probably never dine to this specific location again but definitely at another one that is, hopefully, more sanitary driven.
