  • customer service isn't even close enough for me to rate the entire store above 2 stars. the only people who greeted myself and spouse was the Service Staff outside for fresh cut trees. I had walked by a cashier, about 2 other staff members and neither greeted at the very least. I ended up purchasing a fresh cut tree. but I wouldn't go back there for any other items. like gardening items, flowers, plants, roses... it's just not worth it. had the staff been trained to service their customers nicely I would return. I notice some of their regular customers are quite miserable as well.. perhaps that's the environment this place calls for- misery. I'll be sharing this all over social media!
