  • If I could give this place no stars i would first of all let me start by saying I called the store at 5pm asking if they have an ice cream pie available, she told me no I asked if there will be any tomorrow she told me no unless I ordered one, ok so I said let's order one in the process of my order she said it takes 24 hrs for an order so your item won't be ready till late tomorrow night. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had why would I go through all the trouble not to have my order till late Sunday night. I asked for a manager she said I can come in to speak to her tomorrow but I have to make sure I get here when she's in because she goes and comes. I feel like I'm dealing with a child here, all over the place. I think better training needs to be done with Mckinzie there because she doesn't know how to handle customers on the phone or have customer service experience. Truly an unhappy customer who will gladly take my business elsewhere
