| - I am so disappointed in this location. It has gone waaaaaay downhill. The renovations should have helped with how crowded it always was, but they haven't. You still have to stand in line for-absolute-ever for ANY order. They are out of everything and the staff is abrupt. Where did the fun baristas who enjoyed working at Starbucks go? It's a coffee shop--it's supposed to be a pleasant time to visit with friends and enjoy a beverage. You have to ask for everything--straws, napkins, cream--and the trash is always overflowing. It's a mess in there. Oh, and the last time I was there, I stood in line for what felt like fifteen minutes behind about ten people and some guy waltzes in, says hello to the barista like he owns the place, waves his mug at him, and the barista stops what he's doing, takes this man's mug, refills it, and then wishes him a great day. Excuse me??? So the rest of us are standing in line while someone breaks the queue because he has a Starbucks mug? Wow. Enough said.
