  • We saw the reviews on here and decided to give these guys a call. Do yourself a favor and don't follow suit. We had a front yard project and a backyard project we were looking to have done separately. We called on a Monday and Falcon agreed to come out and give us an estimate. Initially when I called the guy answers the phone with just "hello", so I had to verify that it was an actual business. That I can get over pretty easily. The gentleman (I don't remember his name) came out on Tuesday and told us that he would have us an estimate by the evening, or by end of business on Wednesday. By the end of Thursday I still didn't have it, but I understand things happen and people get busy, so I called on Friday afternoon. Friday when I talked to him the guy said he would need to check back in the office, but would email the quote to me by the end of the day. Friday and Saturday passed, still no estimate. By this point I figured this was his way of saying he didn't want our business, so I called one of the other contractors who had come out and signed on with them. The estimate finally arrived in our email Sunday evening at 8pm, once the other worker had already started. I did notice however that Falcon's price was about 15% lower than the guy I had signed up with, so like a fool I opted to give them a second chance on the larger and much more expensive job (15% is a lot when we're talking low 5 figures, I can give a second chance for a few thousand bucks!) I emailed Falcon the following Wednesday and told them I had liked their prices, and wanted to know if they would give us an estimate for the back yard. At this point 3 weeks later he still hasn't replied to my email. Fair enough, maybe my email was lost in their spam filter. I called and left a message for them to call me back, which they never did. I called again and got ahold of the same guy I'd spoken to the first time. I explained that we wanted a quote on a larger job. He then told me that he would be by "Either Saturday, or if not Saturday then Monday, I'll call when I'm on the way." It is now after close of Business Monday, and I haven't heard a peep from them. This company is now dead to me and will not be getting any of our business. They wasted my time repeatedly, don't let them waste yours as well.
