  • First, (and I assume most women feel this way) I hate bra shopping. EXCEPT when I'm at Soma. I've always had a great experience in these stores. Whether I need a fitting or advice on the style of bra, the staff is always helpful and friendly. Also, and this is important in a store like this, the staff is professional. Someone will be your person from the minute you walk into the store until you leave -- or not. If you prefer to shop on your own, they will also give you the space to do that. Either way, they will be there for you as support. Love, love, love this store. And, lucky for my Cincinnati people, there are a couple in our area too!
