  • I switched to Dr. Mouaikel about 6 years ago and have never regretted the decision. Having always visited with General Practitoners or Family doctors, I wasn't sure about going to an Internist. I have found very few medical offices to provide EXCELLENT customer service, but AIA has been as good as the next. I find their biggest problem is their voice mail system. The time it takes to go through the initial messages before getting to what is important to their patients is much too long. Other than that, I find Dr. M and his co-practitioners at AIA to be caring, thorough and fair. Personally, I go to a medical office for treatment, not for socializing, so I expect to: wait a little before seeing a doctor and to not spend time discussing the weather, politics or the best cup of coffee. I am in my 60's and have had only 2 doctors besides Dr. Mouaikel who I have liked well enough to write a message like this. The first was the doctor who delivered me and treated me until I entered the military. The second would still be my doctor if it weren't for the insurance company not paying the bills on time.
