  • I had been looking for a dentist for a little bit and this is the oasis I've been looking for. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating despite the fact that I was late (sorry). The relaxing music and soothing office palette makes the otherwise uncomfortable task of going to the dentist rather enjoyable. Dr. Lai seems to have some of the latest technology to make sure you are comfortable - special massage chairs, TVs set up with Netflix in every direction, as well as real-time imaging and detailed diagrams. This may be standard for some people but I was overwhelmed with the overall setup of the practice. While I'm impressed by the peripherals, I'm even more impressed with the amount of care and knowledge provided by Dr. Lai and her team. A thorough consultation and cleaning were done, with many tidbits or helpful advice and explanations peppered throughout. The followup was extremely well done as well as I had upcoming appointment suggestions and a recommended dental plan that was simple and easy to understand. All in all, I highly recommend this practice! This could make your trips to the dentist enjoyable!
