I feel like my experience here echoes some of the other reviewers. I am a young-ish person who was shopping around for an Audi. I had been into Audi Chandler a few times looking at new and certified used cars. When the time came to buy one, I thought their pricing was fair for the car I wanted. However my experience quickly went downhill when speaking with the sales manager, who was condescending and disrespectful. His attitude started when we were discussing trade-ins, and he became increasingly rude and dismissive of me when he found out my trade-in was a lower-tier car (not a luxury car). Things got worse from there.
I ended up leaving the dealership to think for a bit. At the end of the day I went back to buy the car because I thought the price was good. Plus, I realized that I'd do more damage by never bringing the car to them for service than I would by simply letting someone else buy it.
So here's a tip, Audi of Chandler: Not everyone starts life with a fancy car. Some people work their way up to it. I worked my way up to an Audi, and now I'm in the market for a second one. Because of the way I was treated, I won't be buying it at Audi of Chandler (or the other dealership owned by their parent company).
