  • I have just recently moved to Chandler and was looking for a groomer to bring my two small dogs. I was quite disappointed at what I saw. When I pulled up for our 8am appointment all 3 employees were standing outside the front door smoking. They had the front door open with two dogs in the back. One of the dogs was chained up in the back half groomed. The place inside was dirty and unkept. The employees were nice, but did not seem to have a clue what was going on. When I went back to pick both if my dogs off they gave me the wrong leashes and had no clue what one of my dog's name was, even though it is in big black letters on his collar. The on,y reason I give them 2 stars is because they did a nice job on groom, the place is just too dirty for me to want to go back. It also concerns me that they think it is okay to leave dogs alone in the back while they are all out front smoking.
