  • I bought many gift certificates for my husband (anniversaries, birthday, valentine's...), what can I say, there is only so much you can get a guy and he enjoys the hot lather shaves. Always has good comments about the technicians there. However, the last time I bought him one he lost it and went in to ask them to look it up (they write it in a book, not automated at all) and the receptionist huffed and puffed like it was a major inconvenience to look up a $200 gift certificate. Needless to say, he hasn't been back since and never will be. Great service from the guy that does the shaves and haircuts, crappy attitude from the front!
