Customer service goes along way and I have to admit the people at facelogic came through in that department. I was really disappointed at the extreme shrinkage of the bottle of face wash I had been using because I am a poor graduate student. The owner contacted me, left a message and I promptly forgot about it. He contacted again a few months later to see if there was any way to remedy the situation so that I might be able to still afford the product. Not only did we work out a deal (completely at his suggestion) but he also gave me a free facial. It was great and went way above pretty much any kind of customer service I had ever received before.
