  • NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY. I would have fired them if i owned this house but im a renter and at the mercy of our landlord. Ill keep this short, the girls that answer the phones at faith restoration are VERY rude. They should be fired because they lack any sort of customer service skills. its took the company over 2 months to completely fix what shouldve been done in a week. Im pretty sure they lied and gave my landlord the run around the entire time. As for the work....our kitchen and dining room floors look horrible. They scratched all the new tile as they were putting them in, cut them sloppily and then didnt put the baseboards back on because it wasnt in the paperwork! What?!? They removed them. After pitching a fit to our landlord, they came back out to fix it a week later and half assed that as well. Ive never seen a company that does such poor work. Im ashamed to have anyone over to my house because it looks so ugly. Oh and p.s. while they were "fixing" the base board situation, they damaged the paint job all over my kitchen....i guess ill be fixing that myself. These people suck.
