  • We went there for an event In November, 2014 and had a multitude of problems. When we used the valet, our car was fine. When we came back, not only was I notified that I had a flat tire, but a donut was on my car. Here we are, finishing up January of 2015 with STILL no resolution. Charles, the VP of the company, will not return my call. Claudia (who answered the phone) even has the audacity to let me know that I should be happy they changed my tire, and it was a great service provided!!! Aside from the car issue, our service was AWFUL. At our table, we had two food allergies, a vegetarian, and a person who could not eat shellfish for religious reasons. Our server, ironically the same man that I handed my keys over to when I had arrived, gave the vegetarian French onion soup, and insisted that one of our guests the the shrimp. As for the allergies, forget it. By the time someone had actual figured out what "gluten" was, they were given a plate full of veggies covered in a soy sauce blend (soy=gluten), and were violently ill the rest of the evening. The management never even got to hear that complaint because they have never called me back to finish the discussion on the first point!!! Do NOT book this facility. I'll be sure to let all of my wedding planning friends know this information as well. Now, off to complain with the BBB. Perhaps some resolution will come then, but I won't hold my breath. ***added later****. (After the "response") Let me make this VERY clear, at NO TIME did I make it seem that if You didn't pay for my tire (notice, TIRE singular, as in the one that your valet messed up) was I then going to write a bunch of bad reviews. That was going to happen anyways, simply because of the fact that I feel that your business did a HORRIBLE job of even attempting to resolve this. Had I not continued to call and follow up, I'm sure my complaint would have been swept under the rug, just as all of the other situations from other people who have had complaints about different occurrences at Landerhaven. With regards to someone being violently ill, you wouldn't have known that if they had to leave early, now would you?
