  • Purchased my 2014 Jetta from here, the buying process was a mess. They received my down payment and still ran my check 3 times. This caused fees, (I was told I was being sent a check in the mail to cover the fees) the check never came I've reached out via email and telephone to the 3 people handling my purchase. No one has responded, go figure. Not worth the hassle. Extremely unprofessional to consistently not respond. Would not recommend financing a vehicle with them.
