  • I freaking hate time warner. Unfortunately they are the only internet provider in our neighborhood because they won't release it to anyone else. I dread using their service to the point now that id rather go without internet all together. We've had issue after issue with them for crappy service in the first place. If there was another option we would be all over it in a heartbeat. We've been lied to about monthly bills, made payments that vanished from our account mysteriously, have had call center rep completely disrespect me, forced payment to reconnect service despite having paper bills showing credits on our account, etc. the issues are endless. I would HIGHLY recommend telling these crooks to eff off if you're ever offered their service. And the kicker? They can't even get their techs to show up for the scheduled appointment! We waited FOUR HOURS after our designated time window waiting for the tech to show. When he did he had a shit poor attitude and didn't even end up setting it up correctly. if I could I would give this company 0 stars
