  • Ive given this salon many chances to prove them self after bad service or ugly nails but after today I will never be returning and you shouldn't either. Don't waste your money. They lie about wait times and always will ask you to come back in an hour like people don't have other things to do throughout the day. There have been multiple times when I go in with an appointment and they ask me to come back in an hour. So what's the point of an appointment?they are so rude, and they always rush. Rush you when picking a color, and rush when doing your nails like don't care if your getting what you want they just wanna service as many people as possible to make more money. The times I got gel polish it came out so thick and bubbly and when I pointed it out the reason was "that's what gel polish looks like" which is wrong. They also leave your cuticles so butchered, and their files burn your fingernails like they're way too old to be used. They're chairs are super uncomfortable, and the nail drying area is in a little corner that people who are drying their nails have to get up and get out of your way in order to get in and out to dry your own nails. They go in the back and come out with a mouth full of food that reaks of seafood and start working on your nails as they chew. One time the lady doing my fill told me that my nails were done badly and asked where I had gotten them done, I pointed to the last who did them. If you get a pedicure they rush that and rub your legs and feet for about 3mins and I mean rub, they don't massage. And to top all that off they charge way more than competitors.
