This place is the business--both during the day and at night. Go on your lunch break for some great eats that are quick and don't break the bank (don't forget to order a Mexican coke while your at it). At night, the fun-sized concert venue is always a good time. I dig the Arizona Storytellers Project that comes in occasionally, as well as seeing some up-and-coming artists that my friends drag me to. The crowd is a lot of down-to-earth Phoenix lovers, which is a nice break from the douchey type that inhabit a lot of the valley. (Yes old town, I'm talking smack about your crowd)
