  • Month 20 - only 4 months to go and I can't get away quick enough. Management is useless. Mold around all bedroom windows, doors that don't lock, ceilings cracking, average service request takes a month to address and another 3 to service/fix. Multiple emails to CEO / Regional management haven't corrected any issues. The location is convenient, but only if you are never home to experience the issues with the poorly maintained buildings. The other review mentions the tennis court - the net is sagging and the slab is cracked in several places, so no longer level. She also mentions how she has only been there three months (just as long as the current management which changes more frequently than the tenants). Please update your review after really LIVING at One Norman...
