  • I had gone in to look for ideas for my parents for my birthday. The staff was friendly and I found a few things I liked. When my parents bought my present ( a gorgeous silver locket with 3 diamonds in the shape of a heart) the staff had gotten the locket mixed up. When I opened the present at home we found out there was no diamonds. We called the store and the apologized and said they would exchange it the next day. They also gave us a horseshoe necklace for the mixup.
