Honestly, for a place I wrote such a glowing review about before, what on Earth happened to the customer service? Only one out of the three staff members I interacted with was decent. The other two--bored-looking, one checked her phone right in front of me IN THE MIDDLE OF PAYMENT. I used to feel appreciated and used to be greeted and thanked warmly upon entering and leaving. I don't think this new crop of staff members compares to the ones from before. I will stick to Patisserie Suzuya.
