  • This location has progressively gotten worse over the years. In my recent visits I've been greeted on the speaker in the drive thru with funny voices & laughter rather than an appropriate "Hi, how can I help you?" type of greeting. It seems the staff is very immature & is more worried about having fun than doing their job appropriately. Just now I got greeted at the window with the staff member asking me "What is this? I don't even know." in regards to what I ordered. Again, inappropriate. Today was my last visit to this location. I would much rather get my coffee elsewhere & be treated a bit more respectfully.
