  • Cool bar, only have been here twice pregaming before Browns games. I really like the rooftop bar, but the music is way too loud. I get that its a pregame atmosphere, but I had yell at my friends staying 3 feet away from me to talk to them. Just turn down the music and this place will instantly get better (do whatever you want during the night, I'm just talking about pregaming for Browns games).
