  • Came here with a Groupon. The first appointment is to just drop your yeast. it literally takes 10 seconds. 2 months later they contact you to come in to bottle your wine! That was a very fun experience. Staff were really helpful and patient. They showed us step by step and were available whenever we needed help. They let you taste the wine before bottling, at that time if you like it sweeter, then sweeten it right away bit by bit until its to your desired taste. Everything was included in our package (and in all packages) except for bottles. You can bring your own or they charge you $1 for new bottles that they freshly clean again in front of you. All in all this was an enjoyable experience! Fast and cheap way to make wine and staff were readily available to help with great service. I would definitely recommend the wine butler for those who would like to make their own wine. However, I don't have much to compare to though! Their website is also super user-friendly and easy to use. booking and cancelling appointments was done very easily!
