  • Convenient location off of 215 and south Durango Free parking and plenty of it Slow and very unorganized operation no team work at all. Several Guys just walking around with their hands in their you know what. Major disappointment on management and leadership skills of this location always out of stock on some basics such oil filter smog machine broken or out of order no internet leaving customers on hold for over 30 to 40 minutes and many other excuses that i have heard over many years. basically no system of operation. I am not sure these locations are corporate owned or franchised and individually owned and operated. there is no team work or company culture lack of training for sure and this one is on the general, regional or district managers. you guys have failed. staff are not motivated to work there as they are not proud of their job. very low on energy or you can feel the negative energy. my recommendation for the owners or management team to visit any of Discount tire locations and see the difference, find out what they do and how they do it to have such a positive energy, attitude on their work place and transfer it to their customers and make them life time clients. maybe that is the way they treat their employees with better compensation to attract better talent and have a more successful company.anyways hire one of their managers or steal and copy their corporate manual on operation, efficiency, effectiveness and customers service
