  • The inspection report I received for over $500 was comical. It hardly included anything. The inspectors overlooked quarter size holes in shower tile, a 50 year old electric panel that cost me 3k to replace, doors that don't lock. Yes I moved into a home and the sliding glass door doesn't lock. The kitchen and bathroom needs to be grouted. I could go on and on. I have been fixing things in the home since I moved its things that should have been on inspection report and therefore fixed but the seller. I called owner to get refund and did not get a response. I have gotten 6 inspections in my life time and they have never been only 2 pages long.
