  • Great selections of a huge variety of meats. I came here for venison and boar, I expected to be told no on the boar. Instead, he said "yeah we have steaks and burgers right over here." That's great. It's nice to know I have a place in town where I can not only get specialty meats, but meat that appears to be of very good quality. I made a chili with bison, venison, and boar. It turned out excellent, the meats were very good. I will probably upgrade this rating as I try more of their meat selections. If everything is as good as my first time, then I will no doubt be moving to a 5-star review. As it stands now though, I've only been here once so far.
