  • Last week my daughters car broke down on the way to school. She had to leave it in a neighborhood until we could meet a tow later in the evening. Our insurance company set up a tow and I was there to meet them at the time I was told only for them to never show up. The insurance set up another company (central towing) and I was a bit sour because I had to come back later. I couldn't be happier that central towing is the one I ended up with. Freddy called to let me know that he was on his way and he instantly turned a bad day around just with how friendly he was. He gave us exceptional service and really deserves to be commended on the service he provides! If I need a tow in the future I will request them.
