I was happy to see that a Filipino restaurant was nearby and we have been here three times and that will be our last. I'm all for giving second and third chances, but this place is not a 5 star customer service friendly place. It's not busy and yet, we don't get acknowledged by the lady behind the counter. When she did see us and finally looked up, she had a frown on her face. No hello or can I help you. The customer in front of us was asking another a different server a question and wasn't acknowledged. I had to tell her what the foods were and ingredients. While we were waiting for our lumpia, the servers changed their moods and was friendly to a new customer that walked in, must have been a regular. The food was so so, dry meat and greasey sauces. It's best to learn these recipes myself. One thing for this restaurant to consider, be kind to ALL customers and not just the regulars. Believe it or not, new customers are essential to a sucessful restaurant. Especially when they can post reviews or advertise by word of mouth.
