  • INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After reading the MANY complaints about the short haired blonde woman that works here I thought why not add another. I've been here twice BC after my first bad experience I gave them a second chance. We've all had bad days and sometimes its hard to give customer service when a place is busy or you have bad customers but this woman is ridiculous. First time I went in there were TWO other ppl waiting, who I assume both were waiting to get pierced since they were sitting. My friend and I started looking around, they have a lot of unique jewelry which was a pleasant surprise. We were in there for 20 min before the blonde woman even acknowledged we were there, I would of walked out sooner but I was looking for a gift and saw something that was perfect. She first scolds me BC I grabbed the gauges that I wanted out of the case, which was unlocked and half open. I wasn't aware they were suppose to be locked, assuming a mistake made by her, and not to be touched. Quickly she snatched them out of my hand and asked me how I got them out..... BC in the 20 min I was standing right in front of you I jimmied the glass open to steal your merch...ridiculous. I asked how much they were, since nothing is priced and why customer service is vital in a situation like this. She acted annoyed, like I was bothering her. They were WAY over priced but it was a gift and I tend to spend more on gifts anyway. After I bought them she never said thank you or even acted like she wanted our business. Best part...I get home and the size gauges I bought aren't even the size it said and there are no returns. Bullshit. Went back like 3 months later and walked around waiting for help AGAIN for 20 min with the same short haired blonde chick and ended up walking out. This could be a cool place but will never be going back or recommending to anyone. Word of advice for shop owner....hire a better receptionist with some actual people skills and you may retain some business.
