  • Had a terrible customer service experience after buying a GroupOn deal for 4. Called them so many times and left a voicemail and someone got back to me 3 days later. Also, even though it clearly said in the fine print that the GroupOn deal never expires, and that the merchant had to honour the deal, they wanted to charge a "penalty" which was over $30!. Got a full refund from GroupOn after explaining the situation. Would never recommend this place. Unfair and unprofessional!
