  • This company was very professional and had a very competitive quote. I had a last minute question the day before we were to sign the contract: What is the company's guarantee on the paint job? I was told there is no guarantee but they do a good job in the prep stage so that there won't be any problems. I threw in a hypothetical if the paint were to peel in 2-5 years and was told that's my problem. I said let me make a call to another company in the morning to find out if they have a guarantee and he cut me off mid-sentence and said to go with the other company then. I said let me just call and ask and he reiterated to just go with them. This was the first sign of unprofessionalism but unfortunately is a deal breaker for me.
