I live in the area and usually go to another nail salon, but I figured I would try this one out because it's closer to my house. The pedicure itself was fine but after 3 days it started to chip-- I did little repairs myself. Then by 4 days post--appt it was MAJORLY chipped. I called to see if I could come in for a polish repair, explaining how it hadn't lasted at all. They didn't ask any additional questions and I scheduled a repair appointment. I was constantly asked who did my pedicure (sadly I couldn't remember who) and even asked if I had even gotten the pedicure done there (if I hadn't-- why would I have gone there). All the employees would come over to view the chipped polish and make faces at me. The girl who redid my polish was very nice. At the end when I asked her if I owed her anything she asked her manager. Upon returning, she said it's usually $13 for a polish change but the manager said $10. I found it completely absurd that I was being charged AGAIN. I will never be going back.
