  • Same comments as other reviewers: Don't answer phone calls. Don't respond to any messages of any kind. Ridiculous several minute outgoing message that I'm sure they think makes them sound "big and professional", but really all it tells you is why you'll never hear from them. We have alerted our home warranty company not to assign us this "contractor" for any future calls. One star is two too many. AVOID
