Look for the blue chandeliers near the walkway to the lobby in the main casino floor of the Palazzo, right next to the Davidoff tobacconists. There's comfortable open seating and a round bar. It's nice and you know it's nice because they don't have peanuts and pretzels but caramel popcorn and Japanese trail mix. Brian, Patrick, and Joshua are fantastic bartenders. Try their margaritas and Long Island iced teas. McCallan scotch is always ready. Sapphire martinis are no problem. They go down smooth.
So there have been other reviews with standard and substandard ratings. These people just do not know what they are doing. It's a very nice bar in the middle of a great casino. If you want subdued ambience and sound, try the piano bar near the showroom. The way to really understand and enjoy this bar, you must sit at the bar and enjoy a nice conversation with the great bartenders. Play a little video poker or blackjack. If you do with your Grazie club card, you'll get free premium drinks. It's the Palazzo so don't expect cheap, just free or expensive. Tip these guys well; they deserve it.
