Work was performed well and looks good and Scott and Lupe know what they're doing, BUT, Josh doesn't have a clue how to take care of customers and will run and hide when problems arise.
1. My wife did the complete picking of granite for counters and installation date, BUT, was not make clear that Granite Dude does not do the faucet installation. When the day came to rip out old plumbing and install new countertops, we were stuck trying to find a plumber at moments notice to install new faucets and hook them up. Ended up paying twice as much for a plumber to come and install new faucets.
2. My wife had called over the phone and spoke with Josh two weeks earlier about switching sinks to a different kind. Josh said no problem. But when the day came, the wrong sink was installed and once you cut granite you have what you have. Josh refused to answer phone calls and his boss had to talk for him and said because it wasn't in writing there was nothing he could do. Gave my wife a $300 dollar refund for the "problem"
Be careful ladies and make sure every step of the process is covered when you do a big job like this and always read the fine print.
