  • You know what ?! Am not that big on yelp but I just come across the reviews here and it's totally unfair , been here for over a year now and never ever had problems, never saw ants nor roaches or spiders in my apartment , if people are dirty wherever you live even in 5 stars resorts you will have those , CLEAN UP ! Management are so friendly and cool , special 5 stars to Kelsey the assistant, dude the office crew knows there tenants by there names ! Maintenance always on the go when needed , just remember you are not the only ones here if they are little late on you ! Bottom line Villa Serena IS home.
