Providence is clean and quiet. Sometimes it doesn't even feel like we live in Las Vegas. Neighbors are great and we love the roving security! If I see anything out of the ordinary, I call the Providence Patrol and they stop by right away. It helps keep the door to door solicitors away and anyone else who may not belong in the neighborhood. The HOA has a lot of activities and is always adding to the list. We have a neighborhood Traditions Program where businesses can advertise and offer residents discounts. HOA employees are great and it is so nice the office is actually in the community.
What I don't like is the lot that is basically mounds of dirt on the SE corner of Egan Crest and Dorrell. I believe the water district owns it, but it would be nice if it was either walled-in or landscaped. Also, the entry sign off Hualapai was recently knocked down, but not replaced. Lastly, I wish the business complex had more businesess (especially restaurants).
