  • This is a very nice and recently built apartment complex in walking distance from Uptown Charlotte. It is pet friendly and has a nice work out room and a very nice, 2 story clubhouse and pool (the pool isn't 2 story). Watch out though. When you movfe out, they will tell you are all paid up and everything is fine and then when a utility bill arrives after you are goine, they send it right to a collection agency whcih wil lput a black mark on your crediut record. Be very careful dealing with these people. All may not be what it seems.
