  • It will be almost a year in two months since I purchased my last "unlimited wax" package. Last month after my wax, the front desk personal told me I had two waxes left. I quickly turned and told her I purchased unlimited so why would I have two waxes left? She told me I purchased the buy so many get so many free. I have my receipt from when I purchased my unlimited waxing which was right before the prices went up to $500 for unlimited Brazilian waxes! I have been purchasing the unlimited now for three years and have NEVER purchased a buy a package and get some free waxes. The manager "ash/Ashley" told me she will give me a $100 credit towards my next package purchase and that I still have two waxes left on my package. So today April 21, 2015 I had my 945 app and at the end was told I owe $45 for my wax.! My wax that was already paid for because I bought a package. I had the front desk call her manager and the manager said she credited me the $100 and then she said she took off my two waxes! MY WAXES I ALREADY PAID FOR!!! So in reality she gave me a credit for services I already paid for! The manager told the front desk girl she will refund me my money I already paid for today's wax next time I come in and also give me a free wax service! But I already paid for my services so once again this is not a free service, this is a service I already paid for! This is called bait and switch! Which is very illegal and very concerning seeing as this is the second time this has happened to me with the Tatum and shea location. In the last month! The turn around time for front desk workers is alarming as it seems no one is getting the training they need to ensure trust that when we pay a large amount of money we know where it's going.
