This isn't going to do a thing to them, but add another one-star review to the list. Spent two weeks taking cold showers and eating out (gas oven/stove) while they danced around telling me my social security number didn't match my records. Have had the same SSN literally forever, but they refused to tell me that it was their problem and tried to make it mine. Finally after two weeks the problem "fixed itself" and I got hooked up. After my $80.00 deposit (fair enough) and first month's bill, I used $5.74 worth of gas the second month but a $38.24 "service establishment fee" had been tacked on top of my 5 dollar bill. Does this fee go away? The wording makes it sound as though it does.
