| - 2 stars for a quick buying process. - 3 stars for quality maintenance. They sell you on the rigorous maintenance inspection your vehicle undergoes before makIng it out to their lot. Well, 1 1/2 months after purchasing our vehicle, the battery goes dead. It's not covered under the extended warranty. Ok, easy fix. 5 months after purchase, our fuel pump goes bad. Ok, it's covered under the extended warranty we purchased for over $1400($50 deductible). We take it to a certified mechanic, they tell us the warranty people aren't going to cover $220, we'd have to pay it out of pocket. Warranty people say its not true. We think, maybe we are being taken fr a ride with these mechanics. We pay the diagnostic fee out of pocket, then take the vehicle to another mechanic for a second opinion. The second mechanic says the warranty people will not cover $150.00. We confirm this with the warranty people. Apparently, there is an average set price that the warranty will cover. If mechanics in your area charge more for labor than the standard, then that is all out of pocket. I don't know if it is a national standard or what, but that is something you definitely aren't told when you sign the warranty. This is our second used vehicle, the first was bought from a regular car dealership, and the only one that has given us problems.
