This place felt like an average hotel trying to play at being luxury. The room was stylish and reasonably clean but at the level this place bills itself it should have been flawless. There was a little mildew on the grout in the shower, the carpet was worn pretty badly, the blinds were a bit beat up. The best part was the view, I stayed in a corner room looking out at the Port. It was simply fantastic. Noise from outside was not an issue but the person in the room next us apparently brought a yappy dog and it woke me up several times. There were a lot of issues getting the room ready. Early check-in at 1 was requested, the normal check-in time is at 3 but my room wasn't ready until 5. That was aggravating. I didn't make the reservation but the person that did had a lot of problems. It just seems that they are a bit disorganized when it comes to handling larger groups. I'd try other places before staying here again but won't completely rule it out.
