I am a loyal Marriott customer and have stayed in some older, aging Marriott hotels, but this SpringHill Suites is falling apart. I had to move from my first room because of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. My second room had no hot water or wash cloths! I was finally moved to a room that lacked mold, had hot water, but smelled very musky. At this point, I gave up and suffered through the night. God bless the night manager who was very empathetic. Obviously, I am not the first customer who has had these issues. I will not be staying here again.
