  • Every once in a while you come across someone who exceeds your expectations and this is what happened to me when arriving at the Alexis Park Hotel on Friday - October 14th @ 8:00am. We were welcomed to the front desk by Brenda.....from the minute she said the words "Good Morning....how can I help you today.....I knew I was going to have a pleasant experience. She was absolutely over the top as far as I am concerned. This type of personality is so rare, but so appreciated. I was staying at the resort for a seminar that I would be attending for 3 days. I had made the decision to bring my 18 year old daughter with me on this trip and on our way down to Las Vegas she accidently left her cell phone in the restroom at a gas station in Hawthorne, NV. Not discovering this until we were already down in Las Vegas.......we simply could not return to get it as I needed to be in this class. NO EXCEPTIONS or I would not be allowed to be in it and the class itself cost $500. I arrived and explained my situation to Brenda and the fact that I would not have any contact with my daughter because she had no cell phone and I would be tied up in this class for 10 hours each day. This was no problem as Brenda said she would do her best to get us a room as quickly as possible so that my daughter would have a place to be until I was done for the day. On my first break from the class I saw Brenda and she informed me that she had everything taken care of and which room was ours and where I could find my daughter. I was absolutely blown away to know that this amazing lady made it her priority to get a room arranged for us and to get my daughter a safe place to be while I was in class. I simply cannot say enough about this lady as I felt like she was an absolute angel during a very stressful time for me and my daughter. The Alexis Park Hotel has a real "GEM" with this lady and I just want everyone to know how amazing she really is. She cares about the customer while doing her job in the absolute BEST fashion possible. 5 stars just doesn't seem like enough for this lady. Thank you again Brenda we will definitely be back. AND we will be using The Alexis Park for our companies gatherings for meetings in the near future as well. WIN! WIN!! Kelly Reno, NV
