  • Sage Stone is a wonderful place to live, especially for Midwestern University students and families. Despite the school nearby, noise has never been an issue as most students are studious and the rest of the residents seem to be families. The staff has always been helpful, timely with their responses, and is available in their office 7 days/week for package pick-up or questions regarding the apartment. The complex is kept very clean, the pools are clean and the BBQs are always working and make for a relaxing poolside experience. Parking has never been an issue and pet owners are pretty respectful of other residents. They have monthly events which are pretty popular, though the food seems to run out pretty quick...I won't be signing another lease due to work, but wish I was. My only issue with the complex, albeit minimal, is the lack of a key fob for the main gates.
