  • I went here lots for Brazilian waxes in 2012 but I went there last week for a wax and although it was from the same lady as always she did a TERRIBLE and rushed job. They were closing soon after I got there which I didn't know but instead of telling me that they didn't have time she proceeded to essentially rip at me while leaving the room twice to work on someone's nails. I should have left half way through but I stayed. When she was done I was already bruised and I was left with pieces of Kleenex stuck to the area because she didn't finish the job properly and just wiped the sticky wax away with Kleenex and a tiny bit of oil. It's a few days later and I'm still sore, absolutely ridiculous and I will NEVER go back. I would give it zero starts if I could, their waxing room is also gross and run down and they haven't fixed the wobbly waxing bed that was already broken and dirty in 2012
