  • WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Let me start off by saying my husband and I were there recently and dealt with Paula. She was EXTREMELY pleasant to deal with. She quoted us a price for two mattresses and gave us a good deal be we "were buying two mattresses." Fast forward a few days later after talking it over with my husband and I called to see if I could purchase and pay for these over the phone...Peter told me I needed to come back in the store to pick out my free sheets and free pillows. So, today I go back and Peter was busy and Paula was off. So I dealt with the "owner". I told him I already knew what we were buying after speaking w Paula and Peter. So he had another young guy(don't know his name) help me while he micromanaged the entire time. It seemed as though every quote I was given by Paula appeared to make him more and more disgruntled. The owner was cutting me off left and right without letting me explain anything. After the final sale was made, I was given a piece of paper and the young kid walked to the back where the owner said "let me tell you why that was a tough sale..." Ummm, I'm sorry but what was so tough about upholding a quote, which he confirmed in store with Paula herself? I would've rather saved myself the 90 minute drive out and back with a 2.5 year old and purchased over tee phone since I did not receive any pillows or sheets. On top of having to drive out there for something I should've been able to call in and save myself the drive, plus not getting all these other things Peter mentioned when I tried to purchase over the phone, I was not even thanked at the end of a $1,000 sale! Both the owner and the young man walked back to the room where he began to talk loud enough for me to overhear. This to me is completely unprofessional. If you are not happy with the prices your team is quoting people the customer should never see that. I left the store wondering what happened and I called the owner to not speak about this while my two year old was around. He said he doesn't normally deal with sales and I believe that! He also said he had a rough busy weekend and if things don't go well that it ultimately falls in his shoulders. He cut me off the entire phone call until I told him he needed to let me speak. He did apologize but that does not take away the bad experience. I was fully planning on giving this place 5 stars for many reasons until my encounter with the owner. Paula and Peter were both pleasant when speaking with. I really wish owner would've had me wait to deal with Peter instead of trying to take care of it himself since he is clearly not in the business of customer service. The prices are also worth going here for. I am just sad about the terrible experience with the owner that will likely prevent me from any sort of future discounted mattresses due to the fact that I have zero plans in returning.
